1. The claims were conceded by the liquidator of the second respondent and details of pay and dates of service were agreed. As against the second respondent the Tribunal makes awards under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2007, and under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts, 1973 to 2005, as set out in the attached schedule.

2. The claims against the first respondent are dismissed.
