Recommendation:
3. The Court has given careful consideration to the submissions
from the parties and, taking into account all the circumstances of
the Company, recommends that redundancy payments be at the rate of
#350 per year of service plus statutory entitlement.
With regard to the two claimants to whom alternative jobs in
Tallaght have been offered, the Court recommends a payment of an
additional sum of #25 each per week for twelve months to cover
travelling costs during the first year.
The Court so decides.

2. With reference to the Court's investigation on the 7th May,
1987, into the above-mentioned dispute, the Court recommends as
follows:-
RECOMMENDATION:
