Recommendation:
3. The Court having regard to the current state of this Company
does not consider that the Company should be required to pay lump
sums in redundancy payments above those already offered. The
Court therefore recommends that the union should not seek to
dissuade those of its members who wish to accept the terms on a
voluntary basis.

BACKGROUND:
2. Following a Labour Court hearing into the above-mentioned
dispute on the 15th February, 1988, the Court recommends as
follows:-
RECOMMENDATION:

Court therefore recommends that the union should not seek to
