3. The Court considers that the Company's final combined offer as
outlined in its letter of 11th December, 1987, is fair and
reasonable in the circumstances and recommends that it should be
accepted by the claimants.
In view of the lapse of time since the offer was made, the Court
considers that the once-off payment of #50 should relate to a
period of 3 months commencing on 1st March, 1988.

2. With reference to the Court hearing held on the 4th February,
1988, the Court recommends as follows -
RECOMMENDATION:
3. The Court considers that the Company's final combined offer as
outlined in its letter of 11th December, 1987, is fair and
reasonable in the circumstances and recommends that it should be
accepted by the claimants.
In view of the lapse of time since the offer was made, the Court
considers that the once-off payment of #50 should relate to a
