Recommendation:
(A) DISMISSAL OF A WORKER:
3. The Court recommends that the Company agree to discuss the
dismissal of this worker with the Union and if necessary to have
the issue referred to a Rights Commissioner or other third party
as the parties may agree.
(B) UNION RECOGNITION:
4. The Court recommends that the Company agree to recognise the
Union as the negotiating and representation body on behalf of
those employees who are members of the Union. The parties should
negotiate a procedural agreement to govern their relationship for
the future and to avoid any recurrence of the difficulties which
have arisen between the parties.

SUBJECT:

BACKGROUND:
2. A Court hearing on the above dispute was held on 3rd May,
1988, and the following is the recommendation of the Court.
RECOMMENDATION:
