Recommendation:
3. Having considered the submissions made by the parties, the
Court is satisfied that the behaviour of the worker concerned was
such as to warrant a period of suspension and recommends that the
terms modifying the initial period of three weeks' suspension
proposed by the I.R.O. be accepted as fair and reasonable in the
circumstances.

BACKGROUND:
2. Following a Court hearing into the above dispute in Galway on
the 2nd November, 1989, the Court recommends as follows.
RECOMMENDATION:
3. Having considered the submissions made by the parties, the
Court is satisfied that the behaviour of the worker concerned was
such as to warrant a period of suspension and recommends that the
terms modifying the initial period of three weeks' suspension
proposed by the I.R.O. be accepted as fair and reasonable in the
circumstances.
