Recommendation:
3. On the basis of the submissions made by the Union, the Court
finds that the worker concerned was unfairly dismissed and
recommends that she be paid the difference between her normal
week's earnings and her social welfare benefits for the period
from the date of her dismissal until the date of liquidation of
the Company.

SUBJECT:
1. Alleged unfair dismissal of an employee.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Court investigated this dispute in Kilkenny on the 28th
November, 1989. The Company did not attend the hearing.
RECOMMENDATION:
3. On the basis of the submissions made by the Union, the Court
finds that the worker concerned was unfairly dismissed and
recommends that she be paid the difference between her normal
week's earnings and her social welfare benefits for the period
from the date of her dismissal until the date of liquidation of
the Company.
