3. The Court, having considered the submission from the parties,
recommends that the Company and Union commence negotiations
immediately on the terms of a voluntary redundancy package on the

1. Dispute concerning redundancy.
BACKGROUND:
2. Following a Court hearing into the above dispute on
5th April, 1991 the Court issued the following recommendation.
RECOMMENDATION:
3. The Court, having considered the submission from the parties,
recommends that the Company and Union commence negotiations
immediately on the terms of a voluntary redundancy package on the
basis that a minimum of five and a maximum of ten redundancies be
achieved.
