Recommendation:
2. Having considered the submissions and the details of the
action taken by the I.N.T.O. from the date the alleged
discrimination occurred to the date it requested an investigation
under the Act of 1977 the Court is satisfied that, as the INTO had
a reasonable expectation that Management would deal with the
dispute under the agreed procedures, reasonable cause has been
shown in accordance with Section 19(5) of the said Act.
The Court accordingly refers the dispute for investigation by an
Equality Officer.
