1. Time Limit.
BACKGROUND:
2. On 22nd May, 1995, the Union referred the dispute to the
Labour Court under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality
Act, 1977. A Labour Court hearing took place in Castlebar on
29th November, 1995.
DECISION:
Having considered all the information before it the Court finds
that reasonable cause has not been shown for the delay in lodging
the complaint under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act,
1977.
