1. Time Limit - Alleged Discrimination.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Court investigated the above matter, in Waterford, on the 26th of June, 1996, under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
DECISION:
The Court, having considered the written and oral submissions of the parties and, in particular, citing the claimant's stated reason - inability to purchase a stamp - has concluded that reasonable cause has not been shown as to why a reference of the issue was not made in accordance with the provisions of Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
