This dispute relates to a claim by S.I.P.T.U., on behalf of 3 Named Female Employees who are employed by Gallaher (Dublin) Limited, that they were discriminated against by the Company when their annual bonus was reduced because they had been on maternity leave. The claim was referred under Sections 2(a) and 2(b) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977 and under Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974.
