This dispute concerns a claim by Mr. Jeremiah Murphy that Dublin City University (D.C.U.) discriminated against him within the meaning of Section 2(a), Section 2(c) and Section 2(d) of the Employment Equality Act, 1997 when it did not appoint him to the position of Assistant Librarian (Information and Reference Services) in D.C.U. which he applied for in November, 1995.
