2. The worker referred the dispute to the Labour Court on the 12th July, 1996, in accordance with Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 20th February, 1997. The following is the Court's decision:
DECISION:
Having considered the evidence presented, the Court has concluded that reasonable cause for not lodging the claim within the statutory limit has not been presented.
