This dispute concerns a claim by S.I.P.T.U., on behalf of five males employed by the University of Dublin Trinity College, that they are entitled to the same rate of remuneration as that paid to three named female comparators in terms of Section 3(b) and Section 3(c) of the Anti-Discrimination (Pay) Act, 1974. Details of all the claimants and comparators are listed in Appendix A.
