1. Time limit.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Labour Court investigated the above matter on the 23rd of November, 1998, in accordance with Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
DECISION:
The Court is satisfied that reasonable grounds have been shown by the Agency why a reference under Section 20 of the Employment Equality Act, 1977, was not lodged within the time limit stipulated under the 1977 Act.
Accordingly, the dispute will be referred to an Equality Officer for investigation.
