2. The Labour Court investigated the above matter on the 11th February, 1998 under Section 26(4) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977. The following is the Court's decision.
DECISION:
Having examined the evidence submitted the Court is satisfied that the claimant has not shown reasonable cause as to why she did not submit her claim for 23 months after her alleged constructive dismissal took place.
The Court accordingly does not find in her favour.
