BACKGROUND:
2. The Court investigated the above matter at hearings which were held on the 19th of January, 1998 and 16th of February, 1998. The following is the Court's decision.
DECISION:
Having considered the submissions made by the parties, the Court is satisfied that reasonable cause has been shown as to why the complaint herein was not lodged within six months of the date of the alleged dismissal of the claimant.
Accordingly, the Court will proceed to investigate the complaint in due course.
