2. The Labour Court investigated the above matter on the 15th October, 1998. The following is the Court's decision.
DECISION:
Having considered the submissions of the parties the Court accepts that reasonable cause has been shown as to why the claim was not referred within six months of the first occurrence of the alleged discrimination. Accordingly the claim will be referred to an Equality Officer for investigation and recommendation.
