2. The Company is now known as U.D.V Operations. The Court investigated the above matter on the 28th September, 1998 in accordance with Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977. The following is the Court's decision:
DECISION:
Having considered the submissions of the parties, the Court accepts that reasonable cause has been shown as to why the claim was not referred within six months of the first occurrence of the alleged discrimination. Accordingly, the claim will be referred to an Equality Officer for investigation and recommendation.
