This dispute concerns a claim of sexual harassment by S.I.P.T.U. and the Employment
Equality Agency (EEA), on behalf of a named female claimant, that a named respondent
discriminated against her, in terms of Section 2(a), 2(b), 2(c) and 2(d) of the Employment
Equality Act, 1977 and contrary to the provisions of Section 3 of that Act. It is alleged that
she was subjected to sexual harassment by male colleagues for a number of years.
