1. Time Limit.
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker concerned referred a complaint to the Labour Court on the 30th of June, 1997. The Court investigated the complaint in Tralee on the 24th of November, 1999, under Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977, the first date suitable to the parties. The Court's decision is as follows.
DECISION:
Having considered the submissions made by the parties, the Court is not satisfied that reasonable cause has been shown as to why the time limit prescribed in Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977, should be extended in this case.
