1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's Decision WT933/00/GF has not been implemented.
BACKGROUND:
2. An application has been made by the employee that WT933/00/GF has not been implemented by the employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint, under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, having been received from Mr. James Power, 25, Ramillies Rd., Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, that his former employer, Liffey Box Company Limited, Unit 20, Cherry Orchard Industrial Estate, Dublin 10, failed to implement Rights Commissioner's Decision WT933/00/GF, dated the 30th May, 2000,
And, the said Decision not having been carried out by the employer,
And, no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limited for such appeal,
The Court, hereby, determines that the said employer pay the said employee the sum of £450, in respect of holiday pay, in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
