1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision WT 1144/99/GF.
BACKGROUND:
2. An application has been made by the employee that Rights Commissioner's Decision WT1144/99/GF has not been implemented by the employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint, under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, having been received from Mr. Patrick Hanley, 1, Lus-Leana, Roscommon, that his former employer, Howley Distribution Services Limited, Unit 7, Rosemount Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, failed to implement Rights Commissioner's Decision WT/1144/99/GF, dated the 13th July, 2000,
And, the said Decision not having been carried out by the employer,
And, no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limited for such appeal,
The Court, hereby, determines that the said employer pay the said employee the sum of £476.60, in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
