1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner's Decision has not been implemented.
BACKGROUND:
2. An application has been made by the employee that Right Commissioner's Decision WT1822/00/GF has not been implemented by the employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, by Ms Jacqueline Dowling, Ballyfin Road, Mountrath that her employer, Miriam Brigid Dunne Trading as Ichor Limited failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner No. WT1824/00/GF dated 8th September, 2000.
And the decision not having been carried out by the employer and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal.
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee holiday pay of £240 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
