1. Alleged failure to deal with allegation of sexual harassment.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Court investigated the above dispute on the 14th of December, 2000. The Court's recommendation is as follows:-
RECOMMENDATION:
Having considered the submissions of the parties, the Court is of the view that the disagreement between them as to how to proceed in the present circumstances should be resolved in accordance with the grievance procedure. Accordingly, the parties should meet initially to discuss the situation. Subject to acceptance of this recommendation, this meeting should be held within one week of this date. Should agreement not be reached the parties should proceed to the next stage without delay.
