BACKGROUND:
2. The Labour Court investigated the above matter on the 28th of January, 2000, in accordance with Section 19(5) of the Employment Equality Act, 1977.
DECISION:
Having considered all the information supplied, verbal and written, and taking into account the background to this case, the Court is satisfied that reasonable cause has been shown why this case was not referred within the specified six month requirement.
The Court will, therefore, refer this case to an Equality Officer for investigation.
