This dispute concerns a claim by Ms Kay McEvoy, employed as a Storekeeper by Dublin Institute of Technology, that she is entitled to the same rate of remuneration as that paid to a named male comparator, employed by the Institute as a Technician,in accordance with the provisions of section 19 (1) of the Employment Equality Act, 1998, on the basis that she is performing like work with him as defined in section 7 (1) (b) and section 7 (1) (c) of that Act.
