1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's Decision WT3688/00/GF has not been implemented.
BACKGROUND:
2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 12th of June, 2001. The following is the Court's Determination.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, by Mr John Willoughby, 10 St. Annes Road, South Circular Road, Dublin 8, that his employer, Derrame Limited, c/o Norris's Public House, Main Street, Celbridge, Co. Kildare, failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner No. WT3688/00/GF, dated the 9th of March, 2001.
And the said Decision not having been carried out by the employer,
And no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee the sum of £2842.00 (3608.60 Euro) in respect of his claim for outstanding holiday entitlements, in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
