1. Complaint that Rights Commissioner's decision has not been implemented WT26/00/JH.
BACKGROUND:
2. An application has been made by the employee that the Rights Commissioner's Decision WTC/00/JH has not been implemented by the employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Noreen Healy, Lenamore, Tuam, Co Galway, that her former employer, Wers Limited, Birmingham Road, Tuam, County Galway, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner No WT26/00/JH dated 8th March 2001.
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal.
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee £450 in respect of holiday pay and compensation in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
