1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision WT4627/01/CW.
BACKGROUND:
2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 19th of September, 2001.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, (the Act), by Ms Rosanne Keenan, 82 Lismore Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, that her former employer Prime News Limited, having its registered office at 177 Kimmage Road Lower, Kimmage, Dublin 12, failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner No. WT4627/01/CW, dated the 15th of June, 2001.
And the said Decision not having been carried out by the employer,
And, no appeal having been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee £182 (231.09 Euro) in respect of holiday pay and £218 (276.80 Euro) compensation in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
