This dispute concerns a claim by Ms. Phyllis Geasley that Watermans Printers Ltd. discriminated against her grounds of sex, marital status and family status within the meaning of sections 6(2)(a), 6(2)(b), 6(2)(c) and 8(1) of the Employment Equality Act, 1998 and in contravention of section 6(1) of that Act, when it failed to appoint her to, or offer her, a full-time position within the organisation on a number of occasions between October, 1999 and April, 2000.
