This dispute concerns a claim by a complainant that she was discriminated against by her employer on the ground of her gender, contrary to the provisions of section 6 and section 23 of the Employment Equality Act, 1998, when the employer failed to provide her with a safe place to work and failed to deal adequately with her complaints of sexual harassment by a colleague.
