1. Alleged Breach of the Construction Industry Registered Employment Agreement (REA) on Pensions, Assurance and Sick Pay

2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 5th of August, 2004. The following is the Court's determination:-
Determination:
A complaint was received by the Court from OPATSI, pursuant to Section 32 of the Industrial Relations Act 1946, alleging a breach of the Registered Employment Agreement (Pensions, Assurance and Sick Pay) by MC Doyle, Ballyeoin, Johnstown, Kilpeddar, Co Wicklow.
At the hearing to consider the complaint the employer was identified as M & C Doyle Construction Ltd., of the same address. The Company is a separate legal entity from the person named in the complaint. There is no complaint before the Court against M & C Doyle Construction Ltd and the Court has no jurisdiction to make an order in this case.
The Court determines accordingly.
