1. Alleged non implementation of Rights Commissioners Decision WT 19709/04/TB.
BACKGROUND:
2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 3rd December, 2004. The following is the Court's determination.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the OrganisatioĠn of Working Time Act, 1997, by Ms. Louise Rock, 47 Newfield Estate, Drogheda, Co. Louth that her employer Teresa Dalton, trading as The Haven Health and Beauty, Drogheda Street, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner No. WT19709/04/TB dated 21st September, 2004,
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeals,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay the sum of €750 in respect of her claim under the Act, in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
