1. Alleged non- implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision MW17488/03/JH
BACKGROUND:
2. The employee made a complaint in accordance with Section 31 of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000. The Court's determination is as follows:-
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000, by Skaidris Bielskis, Wixeaton Hall, Drogheda, Co Louth,
that his former employer Able Security Ltd, Drogheda, Co Louth failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner MW17488/03/JH,
and the said decision not having been carried out by the employer,
and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €1528.49 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
