1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision No. MW 15776/03/DI.
BACKGROUND:
2. A complaint has been made by the employee that Decision No. MW 15776/03/DI has not been implemented by the Employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31 (1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000 by William Corcoran, 28, Grove Park, Rathmines, Dublin 6 that his former employer Patrick S. Cahill, Solicitors, Heritage House, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum, Dublin 14, failed to implement a Decision of a Rights Commissioner MW 15776/03/DI
and the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €2625 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
