1. Alleged non-implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision R-037782-PT-05/GF.
BACKGROUND:
2. A complaint has been made by the employee that Decision No.R-037782-PT-05-GF has not been implemented by the employer.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 17(8) of the Protection of Employees (Part-Time Work )Act, 2001 by Cora Fitzpatrick of Little Woodlands, Rathfeigh, Tara, Co. Meath that her former employers, John Cahill and Brigid Seepersad, T/A Hillview Nursing Home, Rathfeigh, Tara, Co. Meath failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner No. R-037782-PT-05-GF
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €2,200.00 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
