RECOMMENDATION:
The Court is satisified that the issues forming the subject-matter of this referral have not been sufficiently refined by the parties in negotiations so as to allow the Court to
make a useful Recommendation at this time.
Accordingly, the Court recommends that further negotiations should take place between the parties on outstanding issues. These negotiations should not extend beyond 31st August, 2006. If any of these matters cannot be resolved, an agreed and particularised list of outstanding items should then be referred back to the Court together with an agreed indication of the basis upon which each item is in dispute.
For the avoidance of doubt the Court wishes to confirm that the under-mentioned matters listed in the draft final document are to be regarded as outstanding for the purpose of this Recommendation and the excercise recommended above:-
- Autonomous Teams/ Shifts/ Technicians
- Craft Numbers
- Bottling Plant Changeover
- Planned Maintenance Controller
- Overtime
