DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under the National Minimum Wage Act, by Ms Lolita Paragas, c/o John Ferris, 8 Georgian Village, Castlenock, Dublin 15 that her former employer, Pamela Harrison, 3 Wainsfort, Manor Green, Terenure, Dublin 6 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-037331-mw-05/DI, dated 4th July, 2006
And the said decision not having been fully carried out by the employer and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €500.00 in settlement of her expenses incurred in processing her claim under the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000, in relation to the under payment of wages.
