1. Complaint of Non-Implementation of Rights Commissioner's Decision r-069471-mw-08/TB.
BACKGROUND:
2. The Employee referred her case to the Labour Court on the 23rd September, 2009, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the Minimum Wage Act, 2000. The following is the Determination of the Court:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the Minimum Wage Act, 2000, by Lara Beveridge, c/o MRCI, 55 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1, that her former employer, Alan Dunne, 79 Park Avenue, Castleknock, Dublin 15, failed to implement Rights Commissioner's Decision r-069471-mw-08/TB,
And the said Decision has not been carried out by the Employer, and no appeal has been brought against the said Decision within the time limit for such an appeal,
The Court hereby determines that, in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner, the said employer pay to the said employee €11,354 in accordance with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
