Determination:
The unfair dismissal claim was resolved by way of an agreement between the parties that the Tribunal make an order on consent directing the re-engagement of the claimant and the Tribunal therefore makes an award of re-engagement in accordance with the Unfair Dismissals Acts 1977 to 2007.
The claim under the Minimum Notice and Terms of Employment Acts 1973 to 2005 was withdrawn as part of the aforementioned agreement.
