1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner’s Decision has not been implemented R-083250-Mw-09/Rg
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Court on the 11th June, 2010, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the Minimum Wage Act, 2000. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been recieved under Section 31(1) of the Minimum Wage Act by Abid Ali, 9 O'Neill Street, Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan that his former employer Muhammad Faisal Jamil, News Round, Main Street Ballyhaunis, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-083250 -MW-09/RG
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to teh said employee €11, 932.95 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
