1. Complaint That A Rights Commissioner's Decision Has Not Been Implemented R-089064-Wt-09/Gc
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 9th September, 2010 in accordance with Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been recieved under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 by Aniko Szabo, 22B Richmond Hill, Cork that her former employer, Kenneth Corkery Harlechdale Ltd t/a Macau Sporting Club, 16 Patrick's Quay, Cork, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-089064-wt-09/GC
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €2,000 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
