1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner's Decision has not been implemented No. R-082031-WT-09/JW.
BACKGROUND:
2. A Labour Court hearing took place on the 21st September, 2010. The following is the Determination of the Court:-
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 (the Act) by Jonas Keza, 74 Boroimhe Birches, Swords, Co. Dublin, that his former employer Horizon Freight Services Limited, Coe's Road Industrial Estate, Old Coe's Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner No. r-082031-WT-09/JW
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brougth against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby detemines that the said employer pay to the said employee the sum of €1,700.00 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
