1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner’s Decision has not been implemented WT92122/10/MR
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 8th June, 2011. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A Complaint having been recieved under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997 by Wojciech Ratajczak, 107 Amiens Street, Dublin 1, that his former employer Garrivan & O'Rourke (Ireland) Ltd, 509 Donovan House, Adelphi Court, The Long Walk, Dundalk, Co. Louth, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner WT92122/10/MR
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer and no appeal having brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €250 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
