1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner’s decision has not been implemented R-094855-Mw-10/EH.
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 18th August, 2011. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000, by Analyn Celeste, c/o MRCI, 55 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1, that her former employer Errol and Mary Ann Reyes, c/o Embassy of the Philippines, Hainault House, 4th Floor, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, Co. Dublin, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-094855-mw-10/EH,
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer,
And no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €7,477.79 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
