1. Complaint that the Decision of a Rights Commissioner has not been complied with or fully complied with by the Employer R-066209-MW-08.
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Labour Court on 15th December, 2010. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been received under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000, by Edward Rembecki, 10 Aubrun Village, Ballymahon, Co. Longford, that his former employer, Krzysztof Kmita, Golden Grain Bakery, Unit 4 Antley Business Park, Edgworthtown, Ballymahon, Co. Longford, failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner r-066209-MW-08,
and the said decision not having been carried out by the employer,
and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
the Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €2,340.00 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
