1. Complaint that the Decision of a Rights Commissioner has not been complied with R-093754-MW-10
BACKGROUND:
2. The Worker referred her case to the Labour Court on the 31st March, 2011, in accordance with Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act, 2000.
DETERMINATION:
A complaint having been recieved under Section 31(1) of the National Minimum Wage Act 2000 by Doorveshteeka Sookum, 1 Upper Sherrard Street, Dublin 1 that her former employer Jazz Ventures Limited, 20 Aungier Street, Dublin 2 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-093754-MW-10, and the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer pay to the said employee €25, 957.80 in accordance with the decision of the Rights Commissioner.
