1. Complaint that a Rights Commissioner’s Decision has not been implemented R-093641-FT-10/TB
BACKGROUND:
2. The worker referred his case to the Labour Court on the 21st January, 2011. The following is the Court's determination:
DETERMINATION:
A compliant having been recieved under Section 15(8) of the Protection of Employees (Fixed-Term Work)Act, 2003 by Caoimhe N� Ghormán, c/o IFUT Merrion Square, Dublin 2, that her employer, Trinity College, College Green, Dublin 2 failed to implement a decision of a Rights Commissioner R-093641-FT-10/TB
And the said decision not having been carried out by the employer, and no appeal having been brought against the said decision within the time limit for such appeal,
The Court hereby determines that the said employer acknowledge that the Claimant is deemed to be employed on a contract of indefinite duration with effect from 9th March 2010 so as to comply with the Decision of the Rights Commissioner.
